Free Shipping Worldwide.
We ship most of our orders from our fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. Sometimes we ship orders from the United States and/or Uruguay if we have stock present in those countries.
You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive. All customers are liable for all tax, duty, and customs fees in their country.
Refused packages and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange of goods within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging. In cases where goods are faulty or damaged, we are happy to pay the return postage costs. If the goods being returned aren't faulty, the customer is liable for any costs associated with returning the product.
We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $20 USD per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking.
